Strength in Solidarity: Supporting Union Members Through Action.

As a dedicated partner to organized labor, we have consistently worked to empower union rank-and-file members by providing clear communication and education on key policies that directly impact their financial well-being. We have designed and executed extensive national member-to-member programs for the United Association and IBEW that amplify the endorsement of pro-labor candidates.  We’ve run national educational programs on Pro-Labor and Anti-Labor policies. And, we’ve successfully managed large-scale, pro-labor Independent Expenditure programs.  Our aim is to ensure that union members are not only informed but also actively involved in shaping the policies that affect their lives, reinforcing the strength of their collective voice in the political landscape.

 

UA: We did the research, YOU decide.

We have been proud to help the United Association of Union Plumbers and Pipefitters (UA) break new ground when it comes to targeting and delivering key messages to their union’s membership. We needed to make sure that UA members had the critical information they needed to know before making their choice at the ballot box. We did this through a variety of messages featuring UA’s General President Mark McManus.

 

Empowering Members Through Issue & Policy Education

We understand the vital role that clear communication plays in empowering labor members. Whether it’s informing them about new pro-union policies that have been passed or defeated, or educating members on the potential long-term threats that could impact their paychecks, we are dedicated to serving as a trusted consultant to the labor movement. Our approach combines strategic messaging with compelling storytelling, ensuring that each member feels informed and engaged. We leverage various platforms to deliver timely updates, foster dialogue, and create a sense of community. Below are a few educational spots produced for the UA:

 

Endorsed candidate communications

Reaching rank-and-file members is no easy feat; they’re constantly on the move and juggling various work and family commitments. To effectively engage the rank and file, we prioritize member-matched digital communications, placing a strong emphasis on mobile advertising to meet members where they are – below are examples from the IBEW International and the United Association.

 

Streaming Audio for Members Only

Streaming audio is at an all-time high.  And, it’s a great way to reach members who are on the go and listening to their favorite music or podcast to and from the job site and while they’re at work. We see extremely high listen-through rates on audio with members – usually in the 90th percentile on 60-second ads.
